The Ghana Prisons Service has commissioned its first-ever television station, Ghana Prisons TV, marking a significant milestone in its communication and public engagement efforts.
The commissioning ceremony took place on Friday, September 18, 2026, at the Prisons Headquarters in Accra.
The event brought together dignitaries, stakeholders, partners, and staff of the Service.
The Special Guest of Honour was the Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Hon. Abla Dzifa Gomashie.
