In a remarkable show of commitment to education and literacy development in Central Tongu, Ian-Calvin Gavivina Okudzeto has donated books and reading materials to help furnish the newly established Adidome Community Library.
The donation is aimed at supplementing the existing stock of books in the library to enhance reading culture and learning opportunities for students and residents within the community.
The Adidome Community Library project was championed by Togbe Kwasinyi Kakakloko Agyeman V, Dufia of Adidome, in collaboration with the EP Church, friends, and family of the revered traditional leader.
Speaking through the gesture, Gavivina Okudzeto reaffirmed his interest in the educational growth and empowerment of the people of Central Tongu, stressing the importance of access to quality reading materials in shaping the future of the younger generation.
The initiative has been widely applauded by community members who believe the library will serve as an important educational hub for Adidome and its surrounding communities.
