_Text: Ezekiel 37:1-2_
“The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones… and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.”
There is another side to this story that we often miss.
These bones were not on a mountain top where they could be easily seen and celebrated. They were in a *DEEP VALLEY* – a place of forgottenness, a place where no one visits, a place where men concluded that nothing good can come from there.
They were not just many, the Bible says they were VERY DRY. Meaning they had been there for a long time. Long abandoned. Long forgotten.
This is the story of many people today. Men have forgotten you because they see nothing beneficial in you. They have written you off because of your background, your location, your family name.
You tell yourself: “If only I was in Accra, if only I worked in that big company, if only I was born into a rich family, I would have made it.”
But listen to me: Your location is not your limitation. Your background is not your conclusion. God knows exactly where you are.
5 SOLUTIONS – WHAT TO DO IN YOUR VALLEY SEASON
1. Stop despising your valley: God placed Ezekiel IN THE VALLEY. Your valley is your training ground, not your burial ground. Grow where God planted you.
2. Stay connected to the Maker: Men may forget, but God remembers. Maintain your prayer altar, your integrity and your faith even when no one is watching.
3. Position yourself for help: Dry bones could not walk to Ezekiel; Ezekiel was brought to them. Build your skill, work diligently, keep your character clean, so when your helper comes, they will meet a prepared vessel.
4. Speak to your situation: God told Ezekiel to prophesy to the bones. Stop complaining about the dryness; start prophesying life over your business, your marriage, your health, your family.
5. Stay visible and valuable in your small corner: Don’t hide and die in silence. Even in the valley, let your little light shine. Serve faithfully, help others, and be diligent with the little in your hand. Helpers are attracted to value, not pity.

1. Prayer of Divine Remembrance:
Oh Lord, in this season, remember me in the valley where men have forgotten me. Let your hand rest upon me for a turnaround, in Jesus’ name!
2. Prayer for Divine Helper:
Father, at my appointed time, send my destiny helper to locate me. Connect me to the man/woman who carries the key to my next level!
3. Prayer Against Limitation Mentality:
Every mindset that says I can only make it if I am in the city or from a rich family, I break you today! My help comes from the Lord!
4. Prayer for Restoration:
You dry bones in my life – my business, my career, my health – hear the word of the Lord, COME ALIVE and become a mighty army!
5. Prayer for Lifting:
From this valley, Lord lift me to the mountain top. Let those who abandoned me come and celebrate with me in this season!
Your valley is not the end. It’s the place where God writes your testimony. Stay faithful, your helper is on the way!
