Media personality and Gomoa West parliamentary aspirant, Blessed Godsbrain Smart, popularly known as Captain Smart, on Saturday joined the people of Gomoa Denkyira for the sod-cutting ceremony of the first-ever DVLA office in the Gomoa community.
In fulfillment of his pledge to support the project, Captain Smart donated 300 bags of cement and 3 tonnes of iron rods to aid construction and ensure the facility is completed without delay.
The new DVLA office marks a significant milestone for the Gomoa community, as residents will, for the first time, have access to DVLA services closer to home.
The ceremony was attended by chiefs, party executives, and residents of Gomoa West who described the project as a major relief for the constituency.
