ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: Esther 2:17
_”And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.”_
DEEPER REVELATION:
Esther was not the only virgin in the palace – there were MANY virgins. They all had beauty, they all had training, but only ONE obtained GRACE and FAVOUR MORE THAN ALL!
This tells us:
1. Grace is a differentiator: Among many qualified people, grace singled Esther out.
2. Favour brings love: The king LOVED Esther above all. Favour makes you loved where others are tolerated.
3. Favour brings a crown: It was favour that took the crown from Vashti’s head and set it on Esther’s head. Favour brings replacement and elevation – you take the place of those who seem more qualified!
10 POWERFUL PRAYER POINTS OF GRACE AND FAVOUR
1. Prayer for Love Above All
Father, like Esther, let me be loved above all! Wherever my name is mentioned – in my workplace, business, family – let Your favour cause men to love me above all others, in Jesus name!
2. Prayer for Grace More Than All
O Lord, among many virgins, among many qualified people, let me obtain grace and favour more than all! Let grace differentiate me and single me out!
3. Prayer for Favour in the Sight of Kings
I decree: I obtain grace and favour in the sight of kings, helpers, decision-makers, and destiny helpers! Let their eyes see me with favour today, in Jesus name!
4. Prayer for the Crown of Favour
Every royal crown prepared for me – crown of marriage, crown of honour, crown of business – by Your favour, set it upon my head now! I receive my crown!
5. Prayer for Replacement by Favour
As You made Esther queen instead of Vashti, O Lord, by Your favour let me replace those who have occupied my place! Wherever I have been rejected, let favour restore me and enthrone me!
6. Prayer for Favour that Overrules Protocol
Father, let favour overrule law, qualification, and protocol for me! Esther was a slave girl and a foreigner, but favour made her queen. Let favour overrule every disqualification in my life!
7. Prayer for Uncommon Favour
I obtain uncommon favour! Favour that speaks when my certificate cannot speak, favour that opens doors my labour cannot open, in the name of Jesus!
8. Prayer Against Disfavour and Rejection
Every garment of disfavour and rejection upon my life – I tear you off! I put on the garment of grace and favour. Wherever I go, favour shall speak for me!
9. Prayer for Favour for My Household
O Lord, as You favoured Esther, let Your favour rest upon me and my entire family! Let my children obtain favour, let my household obtain grace in the sight of men!
10. Final Decree of Enthronement
I decree: I obtain grace and favour more than all! The King loves me above all! My royal crown is set upon my head! I am enthroned instead of Vashti! It is my season of grace and favour, in Jesus mighty name!
