Pastors need encouragement too.

*Be honest.
*Show love.
*Maintain a good Christian testimony.

8. Promote Unity in the Church

Division hinders growth.

*Avoid conflicts and strife.
*Forgive one another.
*Work together in love.
*Unity attracts God’s blessing and growth.

9. Use Your Gifts and Talents

Acts 6:7 – “And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly.”
