No school should lack furniture
Speaking at the festival, Hon. Ablakwa said the furniture, delivered in two container trucks, was to ensure that no school or classroom in North Tongu lacks desks and chairs.
“I donated 3,000 pieces of furniture delivered in two container trucks to ensure that no school or classroom in North Tongu will lack furniture,” he stated.
“Quality education is a shared responsibility.”
Celebrating Mepe’s resilience

He congratulated the revered chiefs, venerable queens, and loyal citizens of Mepe for sustaining the festival and preserving the cultural heritage of the area.
The donation is expected to improve teaching and learning conditions across schools in North Tongu and reduce the furniture deficit in classrooms.
