The Minister for Finance, Hon. Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, will present the 2026 Mid-Year Budget Review to Parliament tomorrow, Wednesday, July 23, 2026.
The presentation, in accordance with the Public Financial Management Act, will provide an update on the performance of the economy for the first half of the year and outline government’s fiscal policy for the remainder of 2026.
Key areas expected to be addressed include revenue performance, expenditure, debt management, inflation, growth projections, and major government programs.
The Mid-Year Review will also give details on any adjustments to the 2026 budget and new policy initiatives aimed at stabilizing the economy and protecting livelihoods.
