Lawrence Ati-Zigi has been confirmed fit in advance of Ghana’s pivotal FIFA World Cup Round of 32 match against Colombia, as stated by Henry Asante Twum, the Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association.
Regarding the goalkeeper’s condition, Asante Twum indicated that Ati-Zigi has fully recovered from the earlier discomfort that had raised concerns and is now in optimal physical condition.
“Lawrence is fine. He appears energetic, the pain has subsided; however, the ultimate decision regarding player participation rests with the coach,” he remarked.
