The Volta Regional Minister, Hon. James Gunu, together with the Member of Parliament for Akatsi North Constituency, Hon. Peter Nortsu-Kotoe, and the District Chief Executive for Akatsi North, Hon. Bless Kodjo Katamani, accompanied by party executives and other officials, paid a courtesy call on the family of the late Hon. Prince Sodoke, former District Chief Executive for Akatsi North from 2017 to 2021.
The visit was to commiserate with the bereaved family following the passing of the late former DCE after a short illness.
Funeral rites for the late Hon. Prince Sodoke have been scheduled for August 28 and 29, 2026, while the one-week celebration will be held on June 13, 2026, at his residence at Dansoman in Accra.
The delegation expressed their heartfelt condolences to the family and prayed for strength and comfort during this difficult period.
