President Mahama says the Double Track system in senior high schools should be phased out by 2027, revealing that the government has secured a 300-million-Dollar World Bank facility to upgrade 50 senior high schools across the country.
Speaking during the commissioning of a PET Scan at the Swedish-Ghana Medical Centre, he stated that new E-Blocks will also be constructed in urban and peri-urban communities under the project.
