Three months ago, I discovered I was pregnant. At first, I tried to dismiss it as stress or fear playing tricks on me, but deep down, I already knew the truth—and it’s been weighing heavily on me ever since.
I currently live in my pastor’s home. After my father passed away, our church stepped in to support my family. My pastor and his wife took me in with the promise of helping me continue my education while I assisted with household duties. At the time, it felt like a blessing.
But that same place has now become where everything started to go wrong.
It began with the younger son. At first, I didn’t fully understand what was happening. He would come into my room late at night, quietly and without warning.
The first time, I resisted. I was confused, frightened, and felt powerless. But he kept returning, night after night. Eventually, I stopped resisting—not because I wanted it, but because I didn’t know how to make it stop. I kept hoping it would end on its own.
Ironically, the person I respected most in that house was his older brother. Not in a romantic sense, but because he seemed calm, kind, and someone who made others feel safe.
One night, someone came into my room again. I assumed it was the younger brother, so I didn’t react immediately. It wasn’t until he got closer that I realized something was different—but by then, it was too late.
It was the older brother.
I froze. My body went still, but inside, I was panicking. I couldn’t speak or move. I just lay there, unable to respond.
To this day, I don’t think either of them knows what the other has been doing.
Now I am pregnant—confused, scared, and carrying this burden alone. I don’t know who the father is, and I don’t know who I can trust enough to tell.
People look up to my pastor. He is respected and honored as a man of God. If this truth comes out, it won’t just be shocking—it could ruin lives. And I’m afraid that instead of being heard, I might be blamed.
I’m only 23. I still have my education ahead of me. I had plans and dreams for my future, but now everything feels uncertain.
I’ve thought about ending the pregnancy, but I’m afraid—afraid of the risks, afraid of possible regret. At the same time, continuing with it feels just as overwhelming.
I feel trapped and don’t know what to do.
Please, I need help.
