Madam Beauty Kwao has officially declared her bid to be retained as the Women Organizer for the North Tongu Constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Announcing her intention, Mad. Kwao said her decision is borne out of her unwavering commitment to the NDC and her desire to continue empowering women at the grassroots level.
She stated that during her tenure, she worked hard to unite women in the constituency, mobilized them for party activities, and ensured the women’s wing remained vibrant and active in all NDC programmes.
According to her, the NDC’s victory in 2024 was partly due to the massive role played by women in North Tongu, and she is ready to do even more ahead of 2028.
Mad. Kwao promised to prioritize skills training and economic empowerment for women, strengthen the women’s wing in all branches, and lead a formidable campaign to secure more votes for the NDC in North Tongu.
She expressed gratitude to the Constituency Executives, branch women organizers, traditional leaders, and all party faithful for their support and called for unity as the party prepares for the next general elections.
