DON’T PREACH KINDNESS AND LIVE LIKE THE DEVIL — APOSTLE JOSHUA SELMAN

Don’t say that you are a Christian; let it show that you are a Christian. Don’t say that you are kind; let it show that you are kind. Don’t say that you are patient; let it show that you are patient. Don’t say that you are loving; let it show that you are loving. There…

Don’t say that you are a Christian; let it show that you are a Christian. Don’t say that you are kind; let it show that you are kind. Don’t say that you are patient; let it show that you are patient. Don’t say that you are loving; let it show that you are loving. There is too much talk; why don’t we allow it to show in our lives?

Most Christians, by looking at them, cannot be known as Christians until they pray in tongues. If you have to pray in tongues for me to verify that you are a Christian, something is wrong, because your lifestyle should be so alluring. The gifts of the Spirit should be like an energy that flows from within you as a Christian.

We Christians need to emerge and start manifesting not just the power of God, but also the fruit of the Spirit. Don’t say that you are an angry person, because the power of God should change you the moment you give your life to Christ. You can’t be a Christian and indefinitely co-exist with anger and jealousy.

Let your light so shine before men, because your life is a better preacher than your sermons. Don’t preach kindness and then live like the devil.

Our greatest witness is not merely in what we say but in how we live. The reality of Christ in us should be evident through our character, conduct, and daily interactions. When the fruit of the Spirit becomes visible in our lives, we become living epistles that draw men to God. Let your Christianity be seen, not just heard.
