The Elections Directorate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the North Tongu Constituency, in collaboration with the Elections Committee, has held a meeting with all aspirants contesting in the upcoming constituency elections.
The meeting was to take aspirants through the guidelines governing the elections and address issues that could affect the smooth conduct of the conference.
A number of concerns were discussed extensively, with compromises reached on key issues to ensure a peaceful, transparent and well-organised conference.
The engagement forms part of efforts to ensure all aspirants are adequately informed about the electoral guidelines and that outstanding concerns are resolved ahead of the North Tongu Constituency Conference scheduled for Fodzoku on October 24, 2026.
