Tragedy struck at Asikumah-Enyikpodzi on Tuesday night, August 12, 2026 after a 53-year-old farmer, identified as Dogbe Dodzi, allegedly killed his 43-year-old wife, Lynda.
What happened
According to residents, the incident occurred around 8:00 PM after the couple returned home from evening church service.
Community members say they had dinner and entered their room before the incident happened.
The couple had no children together.
Residents allege that the suspect has a history of mental health issues and had previously received treatment.
