St. Peter’s Senior High School has emerged as the winner of the Inter-District Science & Mathematics Quiz Contest held at Anum Presby Church on Monday, July 21, 2026.
The contest, organized by the Asuogyaman Municipal Education Directorate in collaboration with [Name of Outfit/Organizer], followed Anum SHS’s victory in the 3rd Edition of the Asuogyaman Inter-SHS Science & Maths Contest.
The competition featured Anum SHS, reigning champions of Asuogyaman, alongside Koforidua Senior High Technical School (KSTS) and St. Peter’s SHS in a friendly but highly competitive academic showdown.
St. Peter’s SHS was praised for demonstrating exceptional brilliance, determination, and academic excellence to clinch the title.
The initiative is aimed at raising the standard of Science and Mathematics education in Asuogyaman and the Eastern Region by exposing students to competition beyond the district. The goal is to build confidence and prepare them for regional and national contests.
Heartfelt congratulations were extended to the students, teachers, and management of St. Peter’s SHS. Koforidua SHTS and Anum SHS were also commended for their excellent performances.
