Hon. Ampem Nyarko receive the Vice Chancellor of the University of Professional Studies, Accra – Professor John Kwaku Mensah Mawutor and his team in my office at the Ministry of Finance.
The discussions focused on the establishment of UPSA satellite campus at Akwamu-Gyakiti in the Asuogyaman District.
The aim is to expand access to tertiary education within the constituency and create opportunities for the youth through programmes tailored to the needs of the area, including Agribusiness and other professional courses.
They also discussed the importance of road infrastructure and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the successful establishment of the campus and accelerate development within the district.
The honorable deputy minister said, he remain committed to working with all relevant institutions and partners to make this vision a reality for the people of Asuogyaman.
