“A generation is dying because they have refused to take matters into their own hands. A generation is dying because the one God trusted to carry the mantle is lazy. A generation is dying because we are very accustomed and customized to failure. A generation is dying because we depend too much on systems that the world has dictated for us. We are being defeated in the marketplace, we are being defeated in our offices, we are being defeated in the church, in the places of power, we are being defeated, and we still wake up every day, dress up and come to church as if all is well.
When was the last time you gave yourself time to pray? To fast for your own breakthrough and life. It might not make sense when you are doing it. God might not answer in the first 20 days, but you have a consistency plan that no matter what comes until I see the results I’m not stopping the fasting. We have to get to that place where you become persistent until God is tired.
When was the last time you gave yourself time to pray? You think it is all about Apostle Matthew Garvy – no! That is why I keep teaching you to come up so that we can do it together. I can’t do this alone it’s not possible. I can’t solve everyone’s financial problem. I can’t, my account is always empty because I keep solving financial problems.”
PART 2: THE SOLUTION – SCATTER THINGS IN THE SPIRIT
“I can’t anymore. It is time for us to rise up and take matters into our own hands. Everyone should play their role. The brain God has given you, use it. If you have put every measure in place and it is not working, step into the spirit. Scatter things in the spirit.
Rise up in the morning. Enter the washroom to bath and then something catches you up in that place and you spend two hours in the washroom. And all you are doing is praying in the washroom because something is wrong.
From the time of John the Baptist till now, the Bible says the kingdom of God suffereth violence and only the violent take it by force, which means that there are things you need to forcefully own them. You don’t give up until you have it.
Because you are thinking prayer is only to God. Prayer is in different dimensions. There is a type of prayer that is confrontational. There are prayers that are warfare. Where you feel that destiny has been tempered with. And because of that you move into the places of confrontation. And in the place of secrecy, you begin to speak oracles.”
PART 3: THE WARFARE – STAND AS A WARRIOR
“You begin to make advances in the spirit. You begin to put yourself together to attack that very thing that is defeating things in your life. Prayer is not always about ‘I’m talking to God, Father thank you and everything is fine and I’m fine and we are okay and whatever you will do please do it for me fast and yes…’ No, that is not only.
We have a type of prayer that it is not about God. God has given the thing to you and somebody is trying to take advantage of it and destroy your life, so you stand as a warrior and you say:
In the name of Jesus, I am Matthew Garvy the first of my kind, I stand in the capacity of my anointing and by the backings of the angels around me, I confront this situation, this is not how my life will end, I refuse to end like this, I am an impact maker, I came to make a difference, I may have failed in my first life but in this life I will make impact, I am not going to back down until something changes.”
SUMMARY FOR YOU, MATTHEW:
This is one complete cycle:
1. Problem: You are customized to failure and waiting for Apostle to pray for you.
2. Process: Use your brain, then enter the spirit, scatter in spirit, do 2 hours violent washroom prayer, understand confrontational prayer.
3. Power: Stop begging God – God already gave it to you! Now stand as a WARRIOR and confront the thief with that final declaration.
