Sammy Gyamfi Slams Kojo Oppong Nkrumah over Bank of Ghana losses comments.

“It is so sad that those who are leading this disinformation are Members of Parliament… because that Parliament, where Kojo Oppong Nkrumah is a member, passed the Bank of Ghana Act (Act 612). And Section 7 of that Act says: ‘Profits or losses arising from a revaluation of the Bank’s assets or liabilities in gold……

“It is so sad that those who are leading this disinformation are Members of Parliament… because that Parliament, where Kojo Oppong Nkrumah is a member, passed the Bank of Ghana Act (Act 612). And Section 7 of that Act says: ‘Profits or losses arising from a revaluation of the Bank’s assets or liabilities in gold… shall be excluded from the computation of the annual profits or losses of the Bank. So, to say that the auditors should have added that is to say that KPMG should have violated the law passed by Parliament. It is not done.”
