Abdallah Mohammed, a 48-year-old has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after he was found guilty of defiling and aborting the pregnancy of a 14-year-old girl at Nyanshegu, a suburb of Tamale.
The victim is said to have been given Gh¢30 for the three times he allegedly lured her to have sex with him.
When informed about the pregnancy, he took her to a private health facility and reportedly aborted the pregnancy.
