The Volta Regional Minister has received brand new Metro Mass Buses from the leadership of Metro Mass Transport Limited (MMT) – Ho, led by the Regional Manager, Mr. Prince Sherif Ibrahim Ahunya, at the Volta Regional Co-ordinating Council. The newly procured Metro Mass buses have been officially presented and allocated to the Volta Region.
The Volta Region has received a total of six buses, with three stationed at Aflao and three in Ho, to enhance public transportation services in the region.
The Minister commended this initiative and reiterated the Government’s commitment to improving the transport sector to ensure efficient, reliable, and accessible transportation for the populace.
Furthermore, he encouraged the management and drivers of the company to maintain a robust maintenance culture and uphold professionalism and patience in their duties to ensure effective service delivery and the longevity of the buses.
