According to information gathered, the incident occurred between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. when Ibrahim Mutaro and his friend, David Gyamera, went swimming. During the process, Ibrahim reportedly got into difficulty and drowned, while David Gyamera survived.
Residents quickly alerted the police, who responded to the scene and successfully retrieved the body of the deceased.
The BODY of Ibrahim Mutaro are expected to be conveyed to Worawora Hospital for preservation and further investigations.
Police are continuing inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
