Parents in Twifo Bimponso, Twifo Atti-Morkwa District, are calling on the Ghana Police Service to intervene following an alleged *child sexual abuse* involving their 10-year-old daughter and a 16-year-old boy.
Mr. Kwabena Amu and his wife, Akuah Ahemah, say they received information on Thursday that Frederick Arthur, also known as Junior, aged 16, allegedly had sexual intercourse with their 10-year-old daughter. According to the parents, the incident occurred in a bush area near the riverside at Twifo Bimponso.
The family further alleges that the boy has since “run away” from the community after the incident.
